He is survived by: his parents, Jacob Fay and Martha Fay; his wife Jeannette Marie Fay; his children, Jenee Weirick (Rick) of Rathdrum and Jon Fay (Laura) of Astoria, OR.; his grandchildren, Aubrey Weirick, Terren Weirick, Rowan Fay and Maia Fay; and his sister Jean Demars of Flushing.
