She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Deyton and Zelda Deyton (Griffith); her daughter Ginny Marie Burgin; and her brother Gerald Deyton. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Burgin; her children, Mitzi Lindstrom (Robert Lindstrom) of Post Falls and Christopher Burgin of North Carolina; her granddaughter Kaitlyn Lindstrom of Post Falls; her sister-in-law Ruth Stokes; her niece Suzy Stokes of Woodland, WA; and her cousins, Glenda Edwards, Misty Bennett, Helen Cannon and Jennifer Cannon of Burnsville, NC..

Due to COVID-19, Judy's family will hold a memorial service at a future date.
