He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence J. Leahy Sr. and Mary Anne Leahy (Kline); and his sibling Mary Jane Groeger. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Thurston (Tim) of Sandpoint and Patricia Charles (Patrick) of Spokane; and his granddaughters, Caitlin Simpson (D. J.) of Post Falls, Madeline and Frances (Charles) of Omaha.
