He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Rose and Berniece Rose; his brothers, Richard, Carrol, Ewayne, Larry and Dennis; his former wife Wanda Zaring; his daughter Brenda Rose; his wife Marilyn Stolley; and his stepchildren, Mike, Sue and Rick Gardner. He was also cherished by three grandchildren, one great grandchild and multiple nieces and nephews.
