He was predeceased by: his parents, Heaven and Alene. He is survived by: his pet Akesha; and his sisters, Sharon M. Sampson of Placerville, CA and Kathleen J. Morris (Thomas L. Morris) of Queensland. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, nine great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great nephew.
