She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John K. Simonsen, William A. Dole and Betty L. Woodland. She is survived by: her parents, Warren Dole and Tammy Simonsen (Dole); her former husband Erik Campbell; her children, Brynn Nicole Campbell, Avery T. Campbell and Brynn N. Campbell-Coeur; her sister Nicole Rodriguez (Julian); her grandmother Marian Dole-Rathdrum; and her friends, Kelli Jo Alderman and Joy O'Brien. She is also survived by 3 nephews and 3 nieces; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
