He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry M. Waller and Mary T. Waller (Remesch); his uncle John D. Lillis; his father-in-law Robert William Boothman (Billy Bob); and his aunt Barbara A. Lillis (Waring).
He is survived by: his daughters, Christina J. Spears (Waller) and Corey Ann (Doering); his husband Kelby Reichert; his sister Sharon M. Porter (Waller); his niece Amanda M. (Porter); his husband Jonathan Allen; and his mother-in-law Minnie Leona Boothman.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the family to assist in the cost of Bill's Final Expenses.
