He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zook and Roberta Schumacher Zook; and his brother Duane Zook. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ann Zook; his uncle Eddie; his sons, Michael (Heather), Christopher (Nicole), Nathan (Emily) and Tyson (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Gavin, Cole, Cayden, Isabelle, Haley, Ashley, Shania, Anthony, Jared, Jonathan, Jordan, Kaylee, Isabell, Aiden, Andrew and Aaron; his great grandchild Alexander; his siblings, Dennis Zook, Dana Zook (Leslie), Lonny Zook (Shauna), Vicki Michaels (Frank), Charmaine Carter (Alan), Jace (Juanita) and Candace Zook; and also Kathy.
