He is survived by: his former spouse Collette Carter; his wife Myrna Gayl Ruffell of Preston, ID; his son Robert "Lynn" Ruffell of Lake City, MN; his stepchildren, Michael T. Gregory (Donna) of West Jordan, UT, Brenda Hess of Idaho Falls, ID, Diane Musilek (Neil) of Bedford, WY, Robin Rawlings (Bill) of West Jordan, UT and Karen Lattin (Rob) of American Fork, UT; and his siblings, George Ruffell of Sandy, Utah, Norma Farley of Orem, Utah, William "Bill" Ruffell (Irene) of Declo, Idaho, Fred Ruffell, Shirley Potter (John) of Herriman, Utah and James "Jimmy" Ruffell (Mary) of Declo, Idaho. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
