It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Boyd Izatt (Preston, Idaho), born in Logan, Utah, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd C Izatt and Nondas Poulsen Izatt; and his siblings, Sherry Barker and Steven Boyd Izatt. He is survived by: his former wives, Charleen Ainscough and Christine Goodsell Allen; his siblings, Allen Izatt (Pat), Mary Davis (Charlie) and Jo Ann Andersen (Blaine); and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by 3 children and several grandchildren.
