He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene and Carol Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his children, Kim Petek (Cary), Kristal Newman (Chad) and Deanne Clifton (Craig); his brother Steve Monroe (Denise); and his grandchildren, Daniel Dixon, Brandon Dixon, Megan Petek, Jordan Newman, Racheal Newman, Ashlyn Newman, Chantel Clifton, Dakota Clifton, Cheyanne Clifton and Dalton Clifton.
