He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Wells Chadwick and Jana Tolton Chadwick Higley; and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Leta (Linville); his children, Emily Flynn (Pete), Chelsea Good (Thomas), Devri Saville (Brian), McCallan Chadwick (Cassidy Hall), Taryn England (David) and Ethan Chadwick (Erika Hyde); his grandchildren, Jackson, Heather, Wyatt, Matthew, Michael, Sarah, Amber, Rachel, Henry, Aaron, Elijah, Gabriel, Evelyn and Abigail; his stepparents, Kenna Turner Chadwick and Leonard Higley; and his siblings, Dean Chadwick (Glenda), Blake Chadwick (Jackie), Rachelle Hoover (Harold), Shirley Higley Craner (Carl) and Melanie Chadwick Janes.
