He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Ole Rasmussen and Emily Pearl Okelberry Rasmussen; his siblings, Wade Odis, Karen Emily, Mack D and Rocky Ray Rasmussen; his cousins, Delbert, Lloyd (Schooney) and Jay; his sons, Thomas Ray and Boyd Butler; his granddaughter Karla Leone; his wife Karen Leigh Hayes Perkins; and his children, Eric V., Jean Leigh, Gayle, Cathy, Keith I. Perkins and Karla. He was also cherished by 31 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.

Attendance will be in full compliance with the State of Idaho regulations for social distancing to help control the spread of the Coronavirus.
