He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Edith Barnes and Jedidiah Thomas Hawkins; and his sibling Kathleen. He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen Nussbaum; his children, Bruce Johnson (Lisa) and Wendy Kolb (Dennis); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Karen), Sydney (Parker), Boone, A. J. and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Kate, Jude and Gemma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wilson Theater Renaissance Arts Fund.
