He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Wakewood and Zara Wakewood; his brother Don Wakewood; and his nephew Jody McGill. He is survived by: his sister Marilyn McGill; his nephew Johnny Jr. McGill (Jeannie); and his great-nephews, D. J. McGill and Johnathon McGill (Trisha). He is also survived by his parents, and an Aunt and Uncle.
