He is survived by : his former life partner Beverly Perhus; his children, Kelly of Dickinson, ND, Brian (Desiree) of Billings, MT and Krista Ramirez of Billings, MT; his stepdaughter Lisa Bonneau of Helena, MT; his grandchildren, Anthony Ramirez, Jack Elkin, Brock Elkin and Samantha Ramirez of Billings, MT; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, Blake, Kyle Peterson, Andrew Bonneau, Ellen and Madeleine Bonneau; and his brothers, Richard Elkin (Janet) and Charles Elkin.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Clarence's name to Billings Christian School in Billings, MT or to Badlands Ministries in Medora, ND.
