He was predeceased by: his aunt Freida Bell. He is survived by: his spouse Makala Stryd; his son Anton; his parents, Pamela Estes and James Maher; and his siblings, Christopher J. Estes, Daniel Maher and Rebecca Maher. He is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
