He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Davis. He is survived by : his mother Jeanine Davis Anderson (Maxwell); his siblings, Darren Davis (Debbie), Shari Miller, Garlyn Davis (Jill), Carlie Buttars (Berk), Krayton Davis (Misty), Laurine Riepl (Lou), Reuel Davis (Renee) and Thaylon Davis (Kristine); and his children, Stefani Annett (Robert), Desiri Wightman (Chris), Cade Davis (Jenny), Brinley Davis and Derek Davis (Sarah). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (793 E 1200 N, Shelley, ID 83274). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Kimberly Stake Center (3850 N 3500 E, Kimberly, ID 83341).
