He is survived by: his wife Deonne McCracken; his children, David Scott (Carrie Tobler), Ryan Patrick (Amber Ross), Brady Lee Firth (Sariah Gepford), Benjamin John Menan (Alicia Wood), Gwen Marie Martin Ammon (Jeremiah) and Luke Elliott Rigby (Janelle Williams); his brother Kevin Mackowiak; his sister-in-law Claudia Mackowiak; and his sibling's children, Doug Mackowiak of Griffith, IN and Tamura Mershon (Casey). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren.
