He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Carter and Violet Carter; his siblings, Vaudis Dance, Ione Bates, Carlee Rassmussen, Sonia Merrill, Spence Carter and Val H. Carter; his grandchildren, Macklain Kofford, Tearsa Mackintosh and Don Carlos Carter; and his great grandchildren, Collee Carter and Hattie Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Ladd Carter (Jane), Lex Carter (Carlene), Val Carter (Heather), Carene Finch (Shaun), Celynn Merrill (Bruce), Cindy Kofford (Kyle), Brindie Henderson (Travis) and Dustin Carter (Taralee); and his sister Mona Vee Carter. He is also survived by 46 Grandchildren (3 deceased); 85 great-grandchildren.
