He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara V. Gage and John Fay Gage; and his sister Karen Camberlango. He is survived by: his wife Diane; and his children, Elana Gallup (Mark), Jennifer Knapp (Sterling), Nathan (Tonya), Jared (Viviana), Megan Albrecht (Scott), Darren (Marty), Brandon (Katie), Matthew (Cori) and Samuel (Randi). He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints humanitarian fund.
