She is survived by: her husband Gary Smith; her daughters, Anita Kay Brumley (Gary), Shari Lynn and Dee; her nieces and nephews, Judy (Mike Dowd), Renee (Dave Cannon), Kathy (Jay Birdsell), Donita (Curt Newbold), Jeanne Cox-Able, Jodi (Scott Webb), David Peterson and Ron Dormaier; her sister-in-law Jackie (Mike Dormaier); and her grandson Dana Leon Gludt (Misty Gludt).
