He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Conrad of Ucon, ID; and his children, Jonathan Conrad of Lethbridge, Canada, Rebecca Bosworth (John) of Portland, OR, James Conrad (Dyana) of Bend, OR and Annalee Mollinedo of Portland, OR.
