He is survived by: his wife Connie McGary of Ucon; his children, Richard McGary (Connie Jean) of Rigby, ID, Linda Heyrend (Randy) of Ucon, Shawna Adams (Drew) of Idaho Falls, Caralyn Olson (Rick) of Idaho Falls, Rita Morrow (David) of Idaho Falls and Jann Craig (Darin) of Swan Valley, ID; and his siblings, Marvin McGary (Elaine) of Idaho Falls, Dallon McGary (Dorothy Ann) of New Sweden, ID and Sherolene Clayton of Centralia, WA. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 67 great grandchildren.
