It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Thornton (Ucon, Idaho), born in Saint Anthony, Idaho, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloy Albert Prater and Helen Jacobs Prater; her grandparents, Edger, Blanch Prater, Amos and Zina Walker; her husband Burt Vaughn Thornton of Ammon, ID; her children, Michael Burt Thornton (Jennifer) of Provo, UT, Laura Kay Thompson (Curtis) of Shelley, ID, Janet Suitter, Gregory Mont Thornton (Cherlyn) of Fort Collins, CO, Jennifer Huls (Shaun) of Saratoga Springs, UT and Nancy Jo Jackson (Heath) of Ammon, ID; her siblings, Caralyn Clawson of Ucon, ID and William Lloy Prater; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Clawson and Connie Prater. She was also cherished by 23 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
