He is survived by : his mother Sandra Meredyk; his uncles, Mike, Robert, Howard and Shawn; his granddaughter Marley; his significant other Martha Clark; his children, Andrew Clark (Kelsey), Kent James Meredyk Jr. (Ashley Mitchell) and Nicole Meredyk; his siblings, Kendra Trainer (Drew), Kara Bolam (Perry) and Kurt Meredyk (Diana); and his grandchildren, Gracie, Annabelle, Makayla and Aiyden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
