She is survived by: her parents, Heather Cook (Harlan) of Galesburg and David Logan of Abingdon; her daughter Madeline Carlson; her brother Brady Logan of Galesburg; her grandparents, Lester Bowles of Trivoli and Cynthia Goodwin of New Smyrna Beach; her great-grandparent Delores Blunier of New Smyrna Beach; and her grandmother Jackie Logan of Randolph.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Loving Bottoms Diaper Bank, 3021 W. Main St., Galesburg, IL 61401.
