Joseph P. Schrock Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph P. Schrock of Aledo, Illinois, who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Schrock and Carolyn "Carrie" Yoder Schrock; his former wife Eunice Jean McGlaughlin; his wife Marjorie Crose; his foster son Jack Stirn; and his siblings, Bill Schrock, Marge Genung, Helen Herman and Minnie Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Earl "Joedy" (Lynda Schrock), Judy Dillie of Joy, Steve (Cindy Schrock), Dan (Linda Schrock), Ruth Schrock of Aledo, Christine Junis (Dave) of Joy and Suzan Schrock of Milan; his stepsons, Martin and John Bloomfield (Nancy Schrock) of Keokuk; and his siblings, Ernest Schrock of Eliza, Ed and Mary Schrock of Seaton. He is also survived by 137 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Eliza American Legion or the New Boston Mason Lodge, AF & AM #59.
