He was predeceased by: his spouse Audey; his son Steven (Joanne); and his sibling Thomas (Mary). He is survived by: his children, Lynn Urban (Brad) and Diane; and his brother Richard (Leona).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Beverly Ridge Funeral Home (10415 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60655). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
