Kaptur of Alsip, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Glena Lynch and Mearl Lynch; and her sister Rosemary Harbin (late James). She is survived by : her husband Edward J. Kaptur; her children, Shawn Kaptur (Melissa), Shannon Kaptur, Jaime Kaptur, Joshua Kaptur, Matthew Kaptur (Gina) and Aaron Kaptur (Lindsey); and her siblings, Sharon Sobczak (Mark) and Michael Lynch.
