We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2020, at the age of 88, Betty I. Phillips of Altamont, Illinois, born in Beecher City, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty I. Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Byron 'Barney' and Leah Hogge Little; and her husband Myron 'Bob Phillips. She is survived by : her children, Doug Phillips (Jeanette) of Altamont and Carol Steele (Dennis) of Beecher City; her sisters, Carolyn Jean Nicholson of Chicago Heights and Pat Smith of Effingham; her grandchildren, Daniel Steele, Chris Phillips, Ashley Phillips and Caitlin Phillips; and her great grandchild Brody Phillips.

Memorials may be made to the Beecher City Church of Christ or the donors' choice.
