It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil L. Prosser of Altamont, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecil L. Prosser to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Lois E. Prosser; his brothers, Dewayne Prosser and Donald Prosser (Roma Jean); and his granddaughter Angela Frailey. He is survived by : his children, Charles Prosser (Maria) of Effingham, John Prosser (Cyndi) of Normal, Nancy Frailey (Earl) of Beecher City and Jeanne Petzing (John) of Beecher City. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Altamont or Aperion Care Activity Department, St. Elmo.
