She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Sr. Smith and Katherine Smith (Serpette); her husband Larry Evans; and her siblings, Lawrence Smith Jr., Don Smith, Willis Smith, Robert Smith, Phil Smith, Dorothy Hedrick and Kathy Huff.
She is survived by : her children, Ronnie Evans (Tracey Alstat) of Vandalia, Mont Evans of Effingham, Terry "TJ" Evans of Altamont, Illinois, Tammy Boren (Steve) of Vandalia and Tina Barnick (Tim) of Altamont, Illinois; her brother Howard Smith (Pat) of Mackinaw, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Marge Smith of Minier, Illinois. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may go to Crossroads Cancer Center in Effingham or the donor's choice.
