With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne D. Francis of Altamont, Illinois, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 12, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rudy Seaman and Beatrice Seaman (Rider); her brother John Rankin, Jr.; and her son-in-law Mickey Hayden. She is survived by : her husband Richard F. Francis; her children, Steve Francis (Ranya), Peg Wolff (Kent), Pat Laack (Dan) and Julie Nohren (Brant); her siblings, Bob Seaman (Charlotte) and Joy Edwards (Gary); her grandchildren, Zachary Wolff (Jill) of O'Fallon, MO, Hannah Smith (Tony), Jonah Wolff (Whitney) of Chesterfield, MO, Ethan Wolff (Kaile) of St Louis, MO, Jason Laack (Ali), Megan Hohlt (Luke) of Kansas City, MO, Callie Atwood (Josh), Kendra Tackett (AJ), Isaac Francis (Jaden), Leah Francis (Jason), Luke Francis (Sarah), Troy, Jill Cilk, Mia Hayden (Eli), Trey Nohren (Megan) and Kyle Nohren; and her grandmother Jo. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
