He is survived by : his brother Edward Middleton of Orange Park, FL; his sons, Kenneth Middleton (Michelle Middleton), Stanley Middleton (Jean Middleton) and James Middleton (Wendy Middleton); his grandchildren, Christopher Middleton, Virginia Middleton, Anna Middleton, Kendra Mains, Brittany Middleton and Hailey Middleton; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Benjamin Mains.
