He was predeceased by: his father Dennis R. Simpsen; his brother Damon Simpsen; and his grandparents, Ray, Doris Simpsen and Charles Graham.
He is survived by: his mother Pamela J. Graham Simpsen; his stepfather John Hester of Saybrook; his grandmother Emmajean Graham of Saybrook; his sister Ashley J. Clark (David) of Farmer City; his nephews, Wesley, Austin and Trevor Clark; and his stepsiblings, Chris Hester (Denise) of Saybrook and Jennifer Williams (David) of Saybrook.
