He is survived by : his spouse Mary Ann Mull; his grandchildren, Levi and Tyler; his children, Sara Casey, Kayla Purdy (Robert) of Andalusia, Tyler Casey of Andalusia, Scottie Chaplin, Anna Chaplin of Davenport and Levi Mallinger (Brittany) of Wisconsin; and his great grandchildren, Kayden and Little Buddy.
