It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Beattie (Andalusia, Illinois), born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard R. Beattie and Dorothy Beattie (Wilkens); his sister Nancy Haynes; and his great-nephew Roger Beattie. He is survived by : his siblings, Daniel Beattie (Deborah), Barbara Hays (Russ) and Ruth Ann Rennison; and his nieces and nephews, John Beattie (Jennie), Jason Beattie (Nikki), Brandon Rennison (Kayla), Jeremy Nesseler (Miranda), Joshua Haynes (Jen), Aaron Haynes (Megan), Janna Stoebner (Chris) and Jennifer Freeman (David).
