She is survived by : her children, Connie S. Slayden (Kevin), Taylor Ridge and Keith Pate (Michelle); her grandchildren, Elisabeth Tomlin (Matt), Kimberlee Bolis (Jay), Trent Slayden (Abby), Joline Septer (Ryan) and Bethany Pate (Hawk Gustafston); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Lance Bagwell, Rayce Tomlin, Brooke Bolis, Henley Slayden, Kyler Pate and Hawk Gustafston; and her siblings, Mary Alderson, Bill Sehnert, Jack Smock (Pam), Milan and Dick Smock (Marlow).

Memorials may be made in care of Andalusia Community Baptist Church.
