He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Margo" Loew; his father Donald George Loew; his stepfather Bill Kalbas; his parents-in-law, Frank and Nancy Ford; and his grandparents, William, LaVina Larson, Michael and Bertha Loew.

He is survived by: his sister Bay; his sons, Colin, Trevor and Brendan Loew; his mother Carol Loew-Kalbas; and his siblings, Lynette Adams (John), Cheryl Loew-Resch (Jeff) and Neil Loew.

Memorials may be given to Helping Paws, 2500 Harding Lane, Woodstock, IL, 60098.
