He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Machac and Rose Eleanor Machac; his former wife Michelle; his granddaughter Stephanie Chiakas; and his niece Susan Kroll.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Cristina Hernandez Vera; his children, Christy Rietschel, Lisa Casey (John), Frank Machac, Jr., Sheri Lisauskas (Gary) and Erin Gams (Chris Banno); his grandchildren, Allison Hoglund (Pete), Lauren Rietschel, Lindsey Pittser (Adam), Johnny Casey, Chad Rietschel, Janelle Rietschel, Alicia Chiakas, Brett Rietschel and Charlotte Machac; his great grandchildren, Jayden Pittser and Harper Hoglund; his siblings, Pat Kroll (Bob) and Tom Machac (Linda); and his siblings' children, Julie Goldstein (Greg) and Michael Machac (Kayla Vargo).
