He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Anita; his children, Howard (Debra), Scott Kleinstein (Marina) and Sheryl Altman (Steve); and his grandchildren, Jarad, Jeremy (Amanda), Seth, Hannah (Harry), Michael and Hailey.

A reception was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Weinstein and Piser Funeral Home (111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091).
