It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Warren Whitlow Jr. of Armstrong, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Whitlow and Ernestine Whitlow Sr. (Cook). He is survived by: his children, Cathy Young (Cory) of Armstrong, IL, Shauna Whitlow of Wellington, IL, Stanley Schultz (Nicole) of Rantoul, IL, Shane Schultz of Remington, IN and Steven Schultz of Danville, IL; and his siblings, Jo Marie Segura of Campbellsville, KY, Lova Kies (Jerry) of Spokane, WA, Ronnie Whitlow (Tammy) of Gibson City, IL and Donnie Whitlow (Jodi) of Potomac, IL. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Potomac Community Center (310 W State St, Potomac, IL 61865).
