We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2018, at the age of 85, Bessie M. McLain (Arrowsmith, Illinois), born in Danvers, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. and Dessie L. Carey (Crow); her daughters, Cindy May and Mary Lee Mclain; and her sister-in-law Grace Carey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Mclain (Georgia) of Downs, IL, Roy Douglas Mclain of Arrowsmith, IL, Ronny Dennis Mclain of Arrowsmith, IL, Geneva Beck (Ronny) of Gibson City, IL, Russell Dean Mclain, Ralph Dwayne Mclain of Loda, IL and William Dale Mclain; and her grandchildren, Melinda Jane Mclain of Bartonville, IL, Susan Marie Finley of Sulphur Springs, TX, Tammy Jo Mclain of Oklahoma and Jonathan Robert Mclain. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
