It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David M. Rush (Arthur, Illinois), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rush and Catherine Higgins Rush; and his brother Stephen Rush. He is survived by: his brother Jack Rush [Michelle]; his sister-in-law Diannia Crum [Robert]; and his sibling's children, Jon [Nicole], Christopher [Beth], Michael [Amelinda], Trevor [Sonya] and Jennifer Rush.
