He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Foulk and Rosetta Foulk (Hadsell); his brothers, Bill Foulk and David Foulk; and his great grandchild Jade E. Foulk.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" A. Behnke; his children, Kenny Foulk (Marianne) and Dawn Eck (Phil); and his brother Allen Foulk.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mott & Henning Funeral Home (206 N Main St, Athens, IL 62613). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Joel Hall Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Shriner's Children Hospital or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
