It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Black in Auburn, Illinois, born in Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Glenn Plowman and Myrtle Corns Plowman; and her husband Eugene Black. She is survived by : her sons, Phillip Black of Springfield and Paul Black (Carolyn) of Springfield; her grandsons, Jesse Black of Springfield and Andrew Black (Rebecca) of Belleville; and her great grandchildren, Jude Black of Springfield, Brodie of Springfield and Carson Grenko of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
