He is survived by : his sons, Tim Hilligoss (Trina) of Tuscola, IL and Chris Hilligoss (Karen) of Montgomery, IL; his grandchildren, Samuel Hilligoss and Isabella Hilligoss; his sister Loretta Murphy; and his nephew Mark Murphy.
