He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank L. Woodruff and Virginia Woodruff (Nichols); his siblings, Mary Alice, Larry and Barry; and his son Bob.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Jean; his sons, Tom Woodruff (Becky), Mike Woodruff and Kenneth Woodruff (Peggy) of Hood River, OR; his daughter-in-law Nancy Woodruff; and his brother Jim (Sandy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held (due to Covid-19) on Saturday, February 13, 2021.
