Karen Bozarth Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Bozarth of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank T. Fox and Kathryn H. Fox (Heitkotter); her godparents, Mary and Bill Richards; her in-laws, Edward and Elaine Bozarth; and her siblings-in-law, Jill, Andrea Bozarth and John Peterson.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Bozarth; and her siblings-in-law, Jer Dufresne, Jan Smith (Tim), John Bozarth (Paulette), Jane Peterson, Joe Bozarth (Cindy), Jay Bozarth and Jeff Bozarth (Deb). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A prayer was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Angels Catholic Church (120 S Lancaster Ave, Aurora, IL 60506).
